Thanks for the post above. It helps me immensely in the research that I am carrying out.
I am a realtor myself and follow most of the posts with regard to Real Estate Boom.
In most of the posts, there are spins on demographics and interest rate.
Historically, the ratio of housing price to annual income
has been 2.1, with very little variation. In many parts of the country, this ratio is now approaching 10.5!
Our stock/housing pattern appears remarkably similar to the one Japan had 20 years ago. First the stock market busted.
Right after, the real estate market rallied, and it busted too
It is my belief that there is a wider human psychology involved and people are feeding on the basic fear and greed
    principle.
    Cheers!
    Peter

I’m praying for a hurricane to give you people a reality check! I’m not referring to the 10’s of thousands waiting for help from the government. I’m talking about you F#!@@ck’s that are on the city planning council. What do you think? Most of Miami is latin who have now voted for a latin Mayor—Blah—Blahh-blahh!!!. City counsel person———-what ever!!! If you think Miami will not be corrupt or any different than the people who basically make you live in a communist state in south america. I guess you have to learn like my family-3 generation’s before me! I’m sure they came from Ireland with their own kind! I’m just a little bitter because I live around all these poor ass people from South America who are stealing from the country that is educating their kids giving them a SSI retirement. Whatever- the only reality you’ll get is when your grandkids know what Thanksgiving and the 4th of July mean. If cuba,Peurto Rico and Columbia are so great! Why do you people live here? I don’t see anyone running to those places to train for the Olympic’s. Nor do I see them smuggle their family over there to eat. No one from my family came here to hate it but showed up in an old 50’s car welded into a boat. Get real! Your country’s probably beautiful but there’s a reason your here and not there! Must be better here! English is out language!
