I can confirm that the ball pit is present, as clean and germ-free as it will ever be. IKEA is indeed offering up to 45 minutes of childcare in their romper-room, complete with a rubberized bouncy floor.

By the way, some of the Willamette Week staff was thiiissss close to jumping into the ball pit......</description>

My husband and I used to check the kiddie into the ball pit for a couple hours when we lived in SoCal and peruse... any chance I might have another shot at free babysitting again?</description>
