Ron, thanks for the nod as "PDX RE blogging pioneers Charles & Jenny Turner (on vacation)" I can't speak to my real estate predictions but in the last five years we've been to Mexico three times, all scheduled WAY in advance: 1) drove to Seatle because PDX was closed due to snow, 2) last flight out of PDX before it was closed due to snow, 3) snowed multiple days while we were gone (last week). If only I had such luck with lottery tickets... Sorry we missed it.
