I’m all for using evocative copy to creatively promote listings, but please, if I ever pull something like this…have my license revoked:

Ron - Case/Schiller now offers data at the zipcode level via fiserv.
May be useful to the professionals here.

Agreed. Athol Kay’s Bad MLS Photo of the Day is one of my daily highlights. I have submitted a handful of my own finds to his treasure trove of dreadful marketing efforts.
